This strategy creates sustainable work environments which benefit from low running costs by reducing the environmental impact of the building process whilst promoting a sense of well being amongst the buildings' users. At FaulknerBrowns we understand how important this is. Staff costs can represent as much as 80% of an occupier's operational costs, it is imperative therefore that the buildings we create provide work environments that are valued by the end users.
