Bishopsgate Goodsyard

We are retail strategist and executive masterplanners for the regeneration of Bishopsgate Goodsyard, the ten acre former rail depot which has lain empty and hidden for the past fifty years. We plan to open up this remarkable space to the public by proposing restoration and reuse of the listed components on the site - including the Braithwaite Viaduct and Oriel Gateway - and helping to shape the 5.6 acres of new public realm - including 2.4 acres of public park above the railway arches.

The overall vision for The Goodsyard redevelopment includes over 1,300 new homes, approximately 80,000m2 of office space (including significant space for small and medium-sized enterprises) and 20,000m2 of retail space which includes a high percentage of small units for start-ups and designer-makers.
